Who we are

What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, postcode and anything you write in the message. When you call, email or message us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, quote, carry out the work and provide aftercare. Our legal basis is your request for a quote and, if you go ahead, our contract with you. We also keep records we’re legally required to keep, such as invoices and FENSA registrations.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your details. We share them only where needed to do the job: for example, with FENSA to register your installation, with HomePro to set up your guarantee, with suppliers who make your products, and with the service that delivers our website form to our inbox.
How long we keep it
If you don’t go ahead, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If we carry out work, we keep records for as long as the guarantee lasts and as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
