Windowsfor North East homes
Casement, sash, bay and bow windows, measured, made and fitted for the house you actually live in.

Choosing the right window
The right window depends on the house. A 1930s semi in Gosforth, a Victorian terrace in Sunderland and a new-build in Cramlington all suit different styles. We start with what your house was built with and what you want from the room: more light, less noise, easier cleaning or a fresh look.
Every window we fit is uPVC, made to the measurements we take, and registered with FENSA.
Types of windows

Casement windows
Side and top-hung uPVC windows, the standard for most North East homes.

Sliding sash windows
The look of a timber box sash, without the rot, rattles or draughts.

Bay and bow windows
Angled bays and curved bows replaced like for like, with support checked first.
Colours and finishes
White is still the most popular choice, but anthracite grey and black have become common in the North East, especially paired with a matching front door. The houses in our photos with anthracite windows from the ground floor to the dormers are a good example. Woodgrain finishes suit older and rural homes, and many colours can be white on the inside.

Common questions
Can’t see your question? Call 07733 408235 and ask.
How much do new windows cost?
It depends on the size, style, colour and number of windows, so we quote after a free survey rather than guessing. There’s no obligation to go ahead.
Is anthracite grey more expensive than white?
Coloured frames usually cost more than white because the colour is an extra finish on the profile. We’ll show you both prices on your quote if you’d like to compare.
Can you fit windows in the winter?
Yes. We fit all year round and replace one opening at a time, so your home is never left open for long.
